Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.
One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active k8bet account. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at k8bet's discretion.
Deposits. k8bet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your k8bet account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. k8bet does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, k8bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. k8bet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round or bet affected by a technical error is final.
Collusion & Fraud. Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems (bots), or engage in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on k8bet. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by k8bet at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. No Warranty. The k8bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. k8bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Termination by You. You may close your k8bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Termination by k8bet. k8bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if k8bet reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, k8bet may forfeit any bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned at k8bet's discretion following investigation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13.
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and k8bet, you agree to first contact k8bet's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. k8bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the k8bet platform.
Regulatory Complaints. If you are dissatisfied with k8bet's handling of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
k8bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, k8bet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the k8bet platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
